Sarum Learning is a training centre accredited by leading UK youth charity The King's Trust. Our training programmes help learners improve their skills and develop knowledge in Education and Training and Enterprise.

We offer opportunities to engage in work-based learning, providing practical experiences that complement vocational education. This approach enables learners to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical context, enhancing their understanding of their sector. Furthermore, it exposes learners to the realities of the job market, helping them make informed decisions about their future career paths.

Our current programmes award the following qualifications: 

• Level 3 Award in Education and Training
• Level 1 Award in Exploring Enterprise

 The qualification gives learners the opportunity to:

• Develop their own personal growth and engagement in, and through, learning
• Engage in learning that is relevant to them and support their development and understanding of working within the education and training sector of further education
• Prepare themselves for employment in a specific occupational area

 The qualification gives learners the opportunity to:

• Develop their own personal growth and engagement in, and through, learning,
•  Engage in learning that is relevant to them and supports the development of enterprise skills, knowledge and understanding in key areas essential for developing a business idea,
• Recognise their personal enterprise skills and characteristics to make appropriate decisions about their own future progression.

We provide services for learners to improve employability and support their career aspirations after their studies. We offer tailored career guidance to all our learners, focusing on how to effectively to describe newly acquired skills, experiences, and competencies in their CVs, job applications, and in interviews. Our programmes provide learners with recognition to demonstrate their new skillsets to future employers.
